When the Clearlake Planning Commission meets this evening at 6, it will consider the scope of the environmental impact report that will study the city’s plans to redevelop its former airport site. The commission will then hold a public hearing on the matter. The site will include up to 250 multifamily housing units, hospital and medical offices as well as retail and commercial space and parking.
