A Ukiah man has been arrested for setting a grass fire in the 1300 block of Airport Road. Ukiah Police and the Ukiah Valley Fire Authority responded to the fire. Oscar Cabezas-Tafoya was seen in the area trying to walk away when law enforcement detained him for questioning and then arrested him for intentionally setting the fire, which is a felony. He was booked into the Mendocino County Jail.
