PG&E has announced it will be lowering electric rates temporarily next month. During a webinar, the utility said it would reduce electric rates by 9% starting July 1st. No questions or comments were taken during the webinar, although in a press release, it was stated the reduction would last at least a few months to help customers during the hot summer.
