Mendocino County has balanced its annual budget. CEO Darci Antle said presenting a balanced budget was challenging this year, with a state budget deficit, flat revenues for the county, and wage increases of about $9 million over three years. Budget-related items are still expected to appear on the County Board of Supervisors’ agenda.
