Lake County has a new director of Water Resources. Pawan Upadhyay will take over the position on July 1st. Dr. Upadhyah was most recently the Water Resources Director for the Shoshone-Paiute Tribes in Owyhee, Nevada. He succeeds Scott De Leon, who has been serving as Public Works and Water Resources Director. De Leon is retiring after 23 years in service.
