Sonoma County Deputies have arrested a Santa Rosa man for a shooting in March that killed a child in Clearlake. TheLakeCountyNews reports Fernando Lugo-Garcia, 31, was arrested Wednesday on an active Lake County arrest warrant. Lugo-Garcia was at a party in the 14000 block of Uhl Avenue in March and is believed to have been the shooter that killed a 2-year-old boy. Lugo-Garcia was taken into custody by the Lake County Sheriff’s Department. Anyone with information regarding the shooting is asked to contact the Clearlake Police.
