A Mendocino County Sheriff’s on routine patrol near Marina Drive in Redwood Valley contacted a man sitting in a vehicle parked across several parking spaces earlier this week and after conducting a search of the vehicle discovered a loaded firearm. The Deputy arrested Terry Richmond for possession of a firearm and ammunition by a felon, and possession of an unregistered firearm. Richmond was booked into the Mendocino County Jail on $25,000 bond.
