An Oakland woman lost while visiting Fort Bragg has been found safe. Elizabeth Schenk had gone on a walk and was reported missing on Tuesday and was found after being missing for almost three days and two nights in a heavily wooded area north of the city. Schenk was transported to a command post after being found, given a preliminary evaluation and she was then transported to Adventist Health Mendocino Coast Hospital for a thorough medical examination.
