After a special meeting of the Mendocino City Community Services District early last week, a review and approval of expenditures from last month was approved and next year’s annual budget and protocol for conducting meetings were introduced. The budget came in roughly 20% higher than last year, including increases in repair and maintenance, utilities, professional fees, and insurance. The board will take public comments and review the projected budget at next month’s meeting. The draft budget can be found on the District’s website.
