The Mendocino County Sheriff’s office has announced that former San Francisco 49ers player Gregory Mark Cox, who was arrested in connection with an alleged robbery and attempted murder won’t be criminally charged. Cox was with Amanda Chapman on May 10th during an attempted robbery in which Chapman shot and wounded a homeowner. Chapman has been charged and Cox was released on the 14th.
