The CHP is asking for the public’s help in identifying a hit-and-run driver that struck a pedestrian walking along State Route 53 north of Anderson Ranch Parkway on Sunday. Officers arrived to find a 23-year-old woman from Clearlake dead from her injuries. Anyone with information is asked to contact CHP Officer Leal Santana in the Clearlake office.
