At the last meeting of the Mendocino City Council, Police Captain Thomas O’Neal presents the city’s updated Emergency Operations Plan. A review of the plan last issued in 2o16 took place late last year, and new components, such as pet evacuation and cultural competence have been added. The council approved the plan, which will go to the state for review and approval.
