A Lakeport man has been arrested in connection with a drive-by shooting that killed a Clearlake woman last week. Nathaniel Ladre Hueners was arrested early Monday morning and is being held without bail in the Lake County Jail for shooting and killing Elizabeth Williams. Hueners is due to appear for arraignment in Lake County Superior Court on Wednesday.
