The Lake County Registrar of Voters has finished the count for the March 5th election, with the results to be reported to the County Board of Supervisors on Tuesday. Police Chief Rasmussen is the new District 4 Supervisor. He’ll retire from the police department later this year. In the District 1 race, Helen Owen has the lead and she and John Hess will race to November. In District 5, incumbent Jessica Pyska won her second term. Judge Shanda Harry the incumbent will serve another term in the Lake County Supreme Court. Luke Bingham is the new Lake County Sheriff. The Kelseyville Unified School District’s Measure Q bond was voted down.
