Traffic was cleared Monday evening after a driver hit a wet area in the roadway and drove off State Route 175 between Hopland and Lakeport, rolled 30 feet down an embankment, and came to rest on the roof of the vehicle in a ravine. The driver was able to escape from the wreck and required medical attention after first responders located the vehicle. 175 was closed for a few hours while the vehicle was recovered and the driver transported.
