More delays in the criminal case against former Mendocino County Auditor Chamise Cubbison. Superior Court Judge Victoria Shanahan has voluntarily recused herself due to personal and professional ties to a special prosecutor hired by David Eyster to try the case. Judge Ann Moorman will now oversee the case, which has dragged on for the last six months. Due to the recusal, Cubbison’s preliminary hearing has now been scheduled for some time in mid-May.
