The names of two men who crashed through a fence and landed in a swimming pool are being withheld pending notification of next of kin. The crash happened late Sunday night on Tehama Street in Nice. The 39-year-old driver from Nice and his 34-year-old passenger from Upper Lake were trapped in the vehicle and died. Both were wearing seatbelts, it is thought that alcohol may have been a factor.
