The Lake County Sheriff’s Office has released the identities of the two men killed when they crashed through a fence and landed upside down into a swimming pool on Tehama Street in Nice. Nickolas Wade Dilley, 39, of Perkins, Oklahoma, and Joseph Timothy Torres, 31, of Nice died when their vehicle drove down an embankment, flipped at it traveled, and landed in a swimming pool. Neither man was wearing a seatbelt, and alcohol was thought to be a factor in the crash.
