The Clearlake Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing man. Thomas Earl Emery was last seen possibly on his way to Colusa Center. Emery is a white male adult, 5’8” tall with blonde hair and blue eyes. He was wearing a gray hoodie with a checkered shirt. Anyone with information on his location is asked to contact the Clearlake Police Department.
