The Clearlake Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating 12-year-old Finnegan Fields, reported missing from Lucerne. Finnegan is 4’5” tall, 92 pounds, light brown hair, and hazel eyes. He was last seen wearing a burgundy shirt and grey sweats with white shoes with blue soles. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Clearlake Police Department.
