Caltrans has allocated 3.9 million dollars for the construction of a left turn lane and other improvements to Highway 29 from south of Bottle Rock Road to north of Cole Creek Road near Kelseyville. The funding comes from roughly 930 million dollars from the agency to improve bicycle and pedestrian infrastructure throughout the state over the next four years.
