Ukiah Police, responding to hit on the city’s license plate reader, found a stolen car in the parking lot of the Royal Motel on South State Street over the weekend. After checking the motel’s security footage, UPD knocked on the door of a room to find Andrew Cedillo, who surrendered to officers. Victoria Vasquez, Jonathan Cisneros, and Jesse Connelly were in the room along with a quantity of drugs and drug paraphernalia. All were arrested and booked on various charges and outstanding warrants, including possession of a stolen vehicle by Andrew Cedillo.
