A crash near Upper Lake Monday morning claimed the lives of two men. CHP reports the head-on crash happened just after 6 am on Highway 20 east of Witter Springs Road. The driver of the pickup, a Ukiah man believed to be responsible for the crash was arrested for driving under the influence. The two men who died, one in each vehicle were from Ukiah and the other from Miranda. Names have not been released.
