The Lake County Board of Supervisors at its most recent meeting voted to appoint Anthony Anton as the new County Health Services Director. Arton most recently served as public health director for Coos County, Oregon, since October 2020 and before that, was public health director and emergency planner for Missouri’s Johnson County. He succeeds Jonathon Portney, who was let go this past September.
