A fire on Monday morning destroyed a mobile home in Lucerne. Three engines from Northshore and one from Lakeport Fire responded to the blaze on 13th Avenue at Highway 20. The structure appeared to have transients living in it. It took firefighters about a half hour to get the fire under control. No one was injured and no other structures were threatened.
