A Feather Alert has been issued by the CHP on behalf of the Ukiah Police Department for 24-year-old Angel Murguia Martinez. Martinez left his home in Ukiah Wednesday with his pistol and a phone, no cash or car keys with him. A suicide note was found by his family shortly after he left home. Murguia Martinez is five foot, eight inches tall and 250 pounds, with brown hair and green eyes. He was last seen wearing a black hoodie, black pants, black shoes, a gray hat, and eyeglasses.
