The Clearlake City Council will hold a special meeting tomorrow at 3:30 to consider a resolution approving an application for funding for $1.5 million for code enforcement services from the 2023-2024 CDBG Mitigation Resilient Planning and Public Services Program. The council will also consider a resolution approving an application for funding and a grant agreement from the program for $400,000 for water infrastructure planning.
