An Arcata man has been arrested in connection with a rash of burglaries from November of last year through January of this year in Lake and Mendocino Counties. The Lake County Sheriff’s Office says deputies located a vehicle driven by Tyrone Brennen in Lakeport. The deputies took Brennen into custody on a felony warrant issued in February. Brennen is alleged to have stolen more than $60,000 and caused thousands in damages during the burglaries. He’s thought to have been responsible for other burglaries across the state over the past decade. Tyrone Brennen remains in custody in the Lake County Jail on a $120,000 bond.
