The CHP reports the arrest of an intoxicated woman who crashed her vehicle east of Willits last night and then fled the scene on foot carrying a bottle of vodka. Law enforcement arrived on the scene of the accident to find the vehicle stuck in a ditch. A witness told deputies the woman had flagged down a car and was given a ride. She was later seen walking eastbound on Hearst Road. When Highway Patrol officers found her, she was still carrying the bottle of vodka.
