A Ukiah teenager who randomly stabbed a woman and tried to stab a man has been arrested. The woman was transported to Adventist Health Ukiah Valley and officers began searching for the assailant, who was found walking eastbound across State Street from Observatory Avenue. An officer located and confronted the youth, drawing his sidearm. The man complied and was detained. A knife was found on his person. He was assessed due to his level of intoxication and was then booked into the Mendocino County Juvenile facility.
