A man was arrested on Tuesday evening after an altercation at the Rite Aid in Fort Bragg. Kenneth Jenkins was subdued by bystanders and held until law enforcement arrived after he stabbed a man and cut a woman on her hands. The attacks seem to have stemmed from an argument about a dog. The victims were sent to Adventist Mendocino Coast Hospital. Jenkins was booked on charges of attempted homicide and assault with a deadly weapon.
