Home sales for November were down slightly in Lake County, while prices for homes have risen since this time a year ago. According to TheLakeCountyNews, the Lake County Association of Realtors reported 59 homes were sold in November, compared to 78 in October and 68 in November of 2022. Just under 7 months of home inventory was available in November, which would constitute a buyer’s market, yet requests for home tours have declined. The median sale price of a single-family home in November was $269,000, which is down from October and lower than this time a year ago.
