Flooding in Upper Lake continues due to heavy rains and a build-up of debris blocking the original channel of Clover Creek between First and Second Streets, which is private property. The area around First and Washington streets has experienced flooding before and was taped off as of yesterday. Flooding was also reported in Scotts Valley.
