A Ukiah man has been arrested for allegedly tampering with city vehicles after breaking into a gated enclosure near City Hall. Video surveillance shows a man, identified by UPD as James M. Morrison forcing his way through the gate, going through vehicles and leaving with bicycles and other items. He was arrested on suspicion of burglary, possession of stolen property, violation of a court order and on an outstanding warrant.
