Dental records have been used to confirm the identity of a body found off Island Mountain Road in Piercy. Scott Graves went missing on his property earlier in the month. Mendofever reports before disappearing he had let his family know roads on the property weren’t safe. Search and rescue combed the area and found a body, which has now been confirmed to be that of Graves. The Mendocino County Coroner and Sheriff’s office continue to investigate. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Sheriff’s office. Graves’s family expressed their thanks for all the help in locating him.
