A Lake County man is dead and another is missing after a boating accident near Fort Bragg late last week. TheLakeCountyNews reports the Mendocino County Sheriff’s office identified the body that washed ashore on Friday as Charles Case. A second Lake County man, Kenneth Silva is still missing.
