The Mendocino County Homeless Services Continuum of Care has released its results from the 2023 Point-in-Time Count, held in late January of this year. Although point-in-time counts are important in determining the size of the homelessness problem, they are just one of the ways to measure it. That being said, the count shows a 23% drop in homelessness in the county.
