The Mendocino County Superior Court has denied the Skunk Train’s request to postpone Fort Bragg’s lawsuit against it, and stated that the cases stated in the request were not similar enough to warrant a delay. Judge Clay Brennan ruled that the railway had already lost its cases claiming eminent domain and asking to have the case moved to a higher court. A court date has been set for December 14th, when a trial date and discovery schedule will be set.
