Clearlake Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing adult. Susan Costigan is a white female 5’06” 200lbs shoulder length or longer blonde hair, blue eyes. She was last seen on 09/16/23 in the area of Hudson Ave in Clearlake. It is unknown at this time what type of clothing Susan was wearing. Susan suffers from bipolar disorder.
