The Ukiah Unified Board of Trustees at their last meeting approved the sale of the Redwood Valley Elementary School property. According to TheWillitsNews, the property had been previously offered with no one meeting the minimum bid of $900,000. The district will accept sealed bids until January 18th. At that time, the board will open sealed bids and call for oral bids. The property will sell as is. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for next Wednesday for prospective bidders to inspect the property.
