The Mendocino County Auditor/Controller elect has been arrested for misappropriation of public funds. Chamise Cubbison was booked into the Mendocino County Jail along with Paula June Kennedy, the county’s former payroll manager. Both were released about an hour after being booked and are to be arraigned tomorrow.
