The Lake County Board of Supervisors meets tomorrow at 9 a.m. and sitting as the Board of Directors of the Lake County Watershed Protection District, will consider draft emergency regulations proposed for the Clearlake Watershed, which would allow the State Water Resources Control Board to issue an order to water rights holders or users for information on their wells and usage.
