Mendocino County Auditor-Controller\Treasurer-Tax Collector Chamise Cubbison is scheduled to appear tomorrow morning at 9 a.m. at the Mendocino County Superior Court in front of Judge Keith Faulder to enter a plea regarding the charges of misappropriation of funds. Co-defendant Paula June Kennedy is also scheduled to appear. The Mendocino County Board of Supervisors has also scheduled an opportunity for Cubbison to respond to her suspension by the board. Cubbison has not said whether she’ll appear before the board. There will be a public comment period at that meeting.
