A Colusa man is in custody after shooting at transients with an assault rifle. Glenn Michael Prasad was arrested late Tuesday afternoon after the Lake County Sheriff’s office was sent to the Red and White Market in Clearlake Oaks on a report of shots fired. Witnesses provided a description of Prasad’s vehicle, which was then found at his home. A search warrant was served and an unregistered AR-style rifle was found. Prasad was booked in the Lake County Correctional Facility on felony weapons charges. Bail was set a $10,000 and Prasad is due to be arraigned in Lake County Superior Court.
