The victim of a crash near Lake Berryessa earlier in the week has been identified. Bobby Patton was killed when the three-wheeler he was driving collided with a dump truck on Highway 128. Patton was traveling west when his vehicle crossed the center lines directly into the dump truck’s path, crashing into its left side. Alcohol or drugs do not appear to be a factor in the accident.
