CHP arrested three men from Santa Rosa. Officers spotted a Hummber H3 driving erratically on the southbound 101 late night near Ukiah this past Sunday. The men were transporting around 50 pounds of processed cannabis without the proper paperwork. All three men were booked on transportation of marijuana, possession for sale, and felony conspiracy. The driver was also booked for driving under the influence and driving without a license. All three bonded out on $15,000 each.
