The Secretary of the Interior and the Director of the Bureau of Land Management were in Lake County over the weekend and visited Berryessa Snow Mountain National Monument to meet with federal, tribal, state, and local officials and members of the community to learn more about the future plans for the area. The group heard directly from the community on the expansion and renaming of important sites in the area.
