The Clearlake Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing teen. 17-year-old Anthony Ray Hopper was last seen Tuesday around Lower Lake High School. He’s a white male juvenile, with medium-length dirty blonde hair, blue eyes, 5’4” tall, weighing 120 lbs. He was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt and blue faded jeans with holes. Anyone with information is asked to call the Clearlake Police Department.
