The Clearlake Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing teen. Connor Howells is 14, a white, male juvenile with short brown hair and hazel eyes, 5’10” tall and 150 lbs. He was last seen Thursday in the area of 31st Avenue in Clearlake, wearing a dark gray shirt, blue jeans, and white shoes. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Clearlake Police Department.
