The Clearlake City Council will hold a special meeting at 9 a.m. on Thursday to discuss two contract-related items of business. The board will consider awarding the contract for the Burns Valley Light Pole Installation Project, at a cost of just $43,500, plus 10% for unforeseen overages. The staff has also requested authorization of an amendment of contract with Northwest Construction for the Old Highway 53 Drainage Improvement Project in the amount of $25,500.
